Creating My Space with Bouclair

Cheers to an exciting partnership with Bouclair for the next four months! I cannot wait to show you some major décor changes that will be happening in my own house. I’ve always wanted to decorate my rooms and entire house, especially when it comes to flooring and furniture pieces. As a blogger working from home, my home space is very important to me. It’s a place where I spend a lot of my time editing and creating images. Having a great space that is well furnished with well thought out pieces, is essential to create the photos that I need.

In the month of June, I decided to give my living room a little make over, I wanted to give that “calm and relaxed” atmosphere to it. The overall theme of my living room is with grey and white tones – for the longest time, I’ve had a yellow and glass top coffee table in the living room, and felt that it was very out of place. So, I picked up this beautiful Wood Veneer and Metal coffee table from Bouclair, it was actually a steal! It cost only $99, and I now have a timeless coffee table!

Next thing I picked up, was a white Wooden Tray to keep all of my books and magazines in place – I have a very bad habit of tossing my books everywhere, and with the help of this tray, hopefully I can try to stay a little more organized and tidy.

As for some small decor items to give a final touch, I selected two little decoration pieces for my living room. The first item was a Marble Serving Plate. Everyone that knows me, probably knows about my obsession with anything marble (marble pieces are my weakness). I use this Plate to hold my accessories such as rings and watches. Also, it can be used as a trendy plate, or a holder for candles, it looks amazing on top of the Wood Veneer and Metal coffee table and adds a great texture on top! The last thing I picked up was a silver Candle; every living room must have a scented candle. It creates the aroma and relaxing feelings for the atmosphere! I love how this candle’s scent is very light and perfect for relaxing, and that the silver colour ties in very well with the coffee table and the marble.

I am super thrilled to have re-decorated my living room space with these Bouclair pieces, the room has now officially been upgraded! Can you guess what I am decorating next?

Created in partnership with Bouclair, but opinions are my own. Feel free to check out Bouclair's website for more pieces click here.

Saint Laurent Sac De Jour Nano & Small Review

Size: Nano Hardware: Silver Material: Grained calfskin Size Dimension: 8.75"x7"x4" Price: $2,585 CAD (+taxes) Interior: Tonal suede, no additional zipper/pocket Yes, I recently purchased the classic Saint Laurent Sac De Jour in the Nano size, I absolutely love it and used it way too often maybe. This is the black with silver hardware as well as in the material of pebbled grained calfskin. It come with detachable strap with lanyard clasp fastening. When I was purchasing the bag, I was deciding between the baby or nano size for a very long time. I like how the baby size have a zipper pocket inside, but the nano does not. But the reason why I went for the nano is because I like to wear most of bag cross body, just a lot easier to get around the city. The baby size looks very awkward and big on my body when I wear it cross body. Despite the cons of not having a zipper inside, I have no issue with it. Also, when you look at the nano, you probably think it

3 Lessons I Learned in 2018

A new year, a new chapter in life, 365 more new chances. Everyday is a day of lesson and changes. 2018 was a rough year for me, a year full of learning, especially learning from the mistakes of yesterday. Here's the three lessons that I learned in 2018:  1. Never Settle For Less It does not matter whether its relationship, career, friendships or purchases. Applying this idea in all aspects of life. Make sure to set your goal and standards for everything. In 2018, I've made some wrong investment and settling for less than you deserve. Often, we all know who we are, know what we want, and know what we deserve never settle for less. People always connect with this idea only to people. However, when it comes to career, I personally learned to never settle for less than your worth and what you deserve, and never force yourself to do what you don't like. When it come to purchasing, I've learned my lesson of never settle for a cheaper alternative. Always follow your
