Must Have for the Season: Long Trench Robe Coats

I think this is one of my favourite go to look for this fall and winter: The long robe trench style coat, stepping up every causal and simple look. The robe tie on the waist adds a little luxurious look to elevates every look.

LOOK #1

Sweater: Club Monaco
Jeans: Mavi Jeans
Boots: Topshop
Bag: Chanel

The addiction may be a little overboard? You tell me, haha I am just a little in love with these love coats, I think it really elongated my legs! This one I am styling is from Revolve, slightly more thick in compared to my other coats, because the extra lining inside the coat, it really keeps you warm! This is in the blue checkered pattern, as you may already know: checkered clothing pieces is huge for this season. So you definitely cannot go wrong with this coat! I incorporated blue ripped denim instead of black to balance out the blue of the jacket. Simple paired it with a simple black leather boots, balanced out with a black bag. In term of the white shirt, it balance itself out with partial whites from the jacket.

LOOK #2

Top: Aritzia
Coat: Tularosa
Boots: 1 State

Fall and winter season, it is a perfect season to pull out all the possible pieces in forest green or dark green. This is a rare colour to find especially in a trench robe style, I think it adds a great touch to the season. I finished of this simple look with this paperboy hat, definitely adding that Persian look to it!

LOOK #3

Belt: Gucci
Boots: Zara
Coat: Ever New

The big statement piece in this look would be the cashmere coat from Ever New, it gives a big a highlight to a mostly all black look, expect for the beige nude boots. Pairing of the the nude boots is to balance out the light colour of the look, rather than over powering it with all black. This is a perfect light colour must have jacket, it is light but well made coat, which will last for years, as well as it is a classic piece, you can never go wrong with a beige trench belted style coat.

Love,
Chloe

Chanel Le Boy Old Medium Bag Review

Introducing my second Chanel bag: Le Boy Old Medium, yes I know I just purchased my first Chanel bag less than three months ago. It was actually not my first Chanel bag, I have previously purchased a Chanel Wallet on Chain in lambskin, but I sold it after 2 months of purchasing it because it was impossible for me to take care of lambskin pieces, I am not gentle and careful with my bags.  To be honest with you, at first this bag was a total impulse purchase, I just wanted to buy something for myself for the holiday season. To be completely real with you, I NEVER EVER receive any gifts from my parents during holiday season or my birthday, my parents was never a giving gift parents. I wanted to reward myself with something for 2017, you know sometimes you just gotta treat yo self a little. When I was making this purchase, I was deciding between whether to get the classic flap in medium size with Silver hardware and Caviar or this bag, I ended up getting this bag due to 3 reasons: 1. The cl…

Saint Laurent Sac De Jour Nano & Small Review

Size: Nano Hardware: Silver Material: Grained calfskin Size Dimension: 8.75"x7"x4" Price: $2,585 CAD (+taxes) Interior: Tonal suede, no additional zipper/pocket Yes, I recently purchased the classic Saint Laurent Sac De Jour in the Nano size, I absolutely love it and used it way too often maybe. This is the black with silver hardware as well as in the material of pebbled grained calfskin. It come with detachable strap with lanyard clasp fastening. When I was purchasing the bag, I was deciding between the baby or nano size for a very long time. I like how the baby size have a zipper pocket inside, but the nano does not. But the reason why I went for the nano is because I like to wear most of bag cross body, just a lot easier to get around the city. The baby size looks very awkward and big on my body when I wear it cross body. Despite the cons of not having a zipper inside, I have no issue with it. Also, when you look at the nano, you probably think it will fit nothing. Nope, y…

Body Positivity

Introducing the Roxy Earle x Le Chateau Collection, it is a capsule of collection in collaboration with body positivity activist & TV reality star, Roxy Earle. This collection is designed for women all height, weight and all body types. It comes with a wide range of collection from 0-22W.  Roxy designed this linen two piece set in her collection, both comfy and meeting on the trends on Summer 2018. The material of linen is perfect for summer, its more breathable and higher moisture absorbency. I like the minimal design on this set, the minimal stripe design, which adds a little design to a simple all white linen set. Also, the button up top is designed with a tie at the front, which adds summer vibe to this look.  Top: Le Chateau Pants: Le Chateau Shoes: Chanel Bag: Gucci Let's talk about body positivity, I am a true believer that all women should feel comfortable in their skin and body, it does not matter what they are wearing. What you wear should make you feel better about yo…
